We're Hiring: Sr Brand Manager – Medical Community (México)SYNLAB Mexico is looking for a dynamic, data-driven, and innovative Marketing Specialist with solid experience in Pharma RX and activation of the medical community.If you're passionate about creating strategies that truly impact healthcare and position a brand as a leader in diagnostic excellence — this role is for you.What You'll DoDesign & optimize medical marketing strategiesCreate holistic, multi-channel marketing plans (digital, in-person, CRM) tailored to physicians, specialists, and clinical needs — driving engagement and referrals to our labs.Lead Medical Community ActivationBuild and nurture relationships with doctors, associations, and KOLs through events, webinars, round tables, loyalty programs, and accredited medical education initiatives.Drive Innovation & Medical TrendsIdentify opportunities, new technologies, market trends, and seasonality strategies to strengthen SYNLAB's competitive edge and support new product development.Partner Across DepartmentsCollaborate with Operations, Medical, and Customer Service teams to ensure aligned objectives, seamless customer experience, and coherent commercial strategies.Coordinate Digital & Offline CampaignsExecute integrated campaigns through social media, email marketing, and educational content to boost awareness, increase prescriptions, and generate both physical and digital traffic.Own Data, Reporting & Performance AnalyticsMonitor KPIs, traffic, and conversion with BI tools and dashboards.Deliver PRE–DURING–POST evaluations, weekly sales reports, monthly closings, and quarterly business insights to drive real-time decision-making and maximize ROI.Qualifications & Requirements5–7 years of experience in a similar position — ideally Pharma RX with strong interaction with the medical community.Holistic marketing plansBusiness intelligence, CRM, statistics & market researchBudget management, P&L, and profitability by campaignReporting, analysis & actionable insightsStrong strategic mindset with a hands-on approach; innovation-oriented.You'll shape strategies that directly influence medical engagement and contribute to SYNLAB Mexico's mission to lead diagnostic services through medical excellence.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeIndustriesMedical and Diagnostic Laboratories#J-*****-Ljbffr
