**Auto req ID**: ******BRDo you want to be part of one of the most important foods and beverages companies of the world?**PepsiCo** is a global leader in foods and beverages with a portfolio of 22 global brands that generate more one billion dollars per year.Today we are looking for our next:*****Social Responsibility Associate Manager*******Main Purpose**- Manage administrative and financial operation of the foundation.- Drive fund collection campaigns.- Deploy programs and partnerships that contribute to our pep+ vision and other goals in aligment with our global C&S strategy through the PepsiCo Mexico Foundation.- Local implementation of Global and regional programs.- Implement community oriented Disaster Relief efforts and participate in crises mitigation strategies if community engagement is needed.- This position will be in charge of holding our partners accountable via adequate reporting of progress in alignment with our Contracts and Donations guidelines.**Main responsibilities**- Manage foundation administrative processes and account for the financial administration of funds from all sources.- Execute local deployment of regional multi-year programs.Accountable for executing.- Identify and cultivate potential institutional partners.Accountable for executing.- Ensure that external and internal communication strategies, including engagement with public officials, is adequately supported with C&S messaging.- Define KPIs for citizenship programs, taking into account public policy data, economic environment, cost, impact using data-driven tools.- Participate in strategic assesments and best practice sharing with the PepsiCo Foundation and other teams.Accountable for providing advice.- Propose and implement community actions pertaining to crises recovery strategies, as needed.Accountable for executing actions.**Qualifications/Requirements**:**Education/Requirements**- _ Backgrounds preferred are corporate social responsibility, public policy, social development and other social sciences including international relations, sociology._- _Experience/Skills: _- _At least 5 years of experience in the abovementioned fields._- _Experience in the social sector or corporate social responsibility, preferred._- _Experience in project management.Ability to develop and implement result-oriented, long-term strategies._- _Knowledge of Mexico's public policy agenda and public sphere with the capacity to identify potential working agendas, partnerships and risks._- _ Project management and accounting._- _Fully bilingual, with extraordinary writing skills._- _ A natural networker, can participate in teamwork and influence final outputs._If you have the profile that we are looking, send us your CV by this via, if it's possible that you can participate in this process we will contact you ASAP, if not we will keep your info in our base data for 6 months.**Thank you so much for your interest in PepsiCo****Relocation Eligible**: No Aplicable (N/A)**Job Type**: Indefinido
