**Purpose Statement**: Strategically drive cost efficiency by proactively negotiating and repricing key contracts while fostering robust, collaborative relationships with both internal stakeholders and essential suppliers.**Key Job Accountabilities**:- Strategic Sourcing and Cost Reduction: Leverage market intelligence and spend data to identify, analyze, and implement innovative sourcing strategies that proactively drive cost efficiencies and deliver measurable savings.- Contract Negotiation and Execution: Lead the negotiation and repricing of key supplier contracts to ensure optimal terms, legal compliance, and strategic alignment with organizational goals.- Stakeholder and Relationship Management: Cultivate robust, collaborative relationships with essential external suppliers and internal stakeholders across all organizational levels to ensure seamless contract execution and service delivery.**Education/Experience Qualifications**:- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or equivalent work experience.**Other Qualifications**:- Procurement, supply chain, distribution, and logistics competence- Strong experience driving KPIs- Demonstrated RFQ management capabilities- Ability to communicate at all levels within an organization- Strong data analysis and decision-making capabilities- Continuous improvement mindset- Project management experience**Physical Requirements**:- Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level.May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment.Minimal physical activity is generally involved, emphasizing the importance of good posture and ergonomic workplace arrangements.**Travel Requirements**:- Less than 40%- This document does not represent a contract of employment and is not intended to capture every possible assignment the incumbent could be asked to perform._
