Project Manager

The successful implementation of new products/ technologies, execution of projects and Transfer of business target assigned to the Reynosa facility to be achieve on time, within the efficiency, quality, cost, production dates and safety targets.Analyze the future requirements of growth and footprint capacity and optimizationManage related activities with the multiple departments and or external stakeholder for the successful implementation and execution of the project.**PRINCIPAL DUTIES**:Implementation/Coordination/Execution of New Products, execution of projects and New Technologies or execute coordination of transfers.Responsible for the successful implementation of new projects/ products/ technologies depending on its scope.- Responsible for coordinating and leading activities between JCI (In and Out of site) and external project supports.- Responsible for working with Industrial Engineers and Continuous Improvement and external contractors on capacity and footprint planning analysis.- Review project specifications and requirements to assure conformance of project execution.- Provide continuous feedback to all stakeholders to improve project/ product/ technology implementation process.- Serve as the liaison between the different engineering groups, supply chain, third parties and the various functions in the manufacturing facilities to ensure coordination, execution and measure performance.Work with multi department external to REYNOSA and coordinate activities to ensure successful completion of project.- Support Design functions with Manufacturing Engineering input to assure Design for manufacturing considering other facilities outside the REYNOSA Facility that manufactures similar products.- Support Transfer plant and Receiving plant functions to assure all processes, equipment and materials as well as other facilities installations are completed on time and adequately done- Manage the completion of all assigned programs, projects or transfers to budget and to schedule.- Responsible for developing and presenting a detail implementation plan to support the new project, product or transfer implementation/execution.Hold regular update meetings to ensure scheduled timelines are met.- Responsible for the coordination and tracking of all processes, technologies, machines and/or tooling necessary to support our products.- Comply with activities specified in JCI Safety Commitment Letter.- Supports all the plant's certified systems according to requirements.May be ISO-****, ISO-*****, OSHAS *****, HTP System and CTPAT System.- Participate twice a year into the manager meetings to review the certifications of the systems and assure to stablish the department metrics.- Define plant objectives trough "Policy Deployment" process and promote the improvement of the performance metrics using JCMS tools.- Support some HR processes including Training, Certification, Coaching and Personnel Evaluation, according requirements by the Plant Systems Make sure the plant becomes a benchmark site, through supporting the implementation and constant improvement of all the processes, tasks and metrics required by the JCMS System.**REQUIREMENTS**:- Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing/Industrial or related field with minimum of 8 years of related experience is required.- Must have 5-10 years of experience in Engineering and Project Management experience related to Controls, PCB Manufacturing, SMT, Wave Solder, Product Launches, Product Transfers, Management of multiple Departments (Internal & External) and leadership skills.- Demonstrated competencies such as Decision Quality, Driving for Results, Conflict Resolution, Adaptability, Time/Project Management, Achieving Results through others, Project Planning and Organizational Skills.- Must have work experience utilizing Microsoft project, AutoCad and data management systems such as SAP/MRP/ERP experience are required.Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).- High proficiency with the English language is also required.- Teamwork experience, decision maker, ability to work under constrained time scales and demanding workloads.- Frequent travel may be required.
