Advice on technological recommendations and support the definition and deployment of systems solutions to support global, regional and local Finance & Controlling processes, ensuring their integration to the global Nemak IT landscape, as well as their availability and reliability.**Main Responsibilities**- Propose and participate in the definition and delivery of IT solutions to support global Finance & Controlling business processes- Work proactively with the business and finance teams to identify gaps or future needs providing technological recommendations- Assure the integration of Finance & Controlling IT solutions to the Nemak IT landscape/strategy- Ensure compliance to the Nemak methodology, templates and data protection protocols- Support the global deployment of Finance & Controlling IT solutions (SAP FICO) to all Nemak sites ensuring its proper usage and that training requirements are met- Constantly looking for innovative technologies and solutions to leverage value proposition to the internal customers and optimize the current systems and processes- Project management of new projects, requirements and solutions for the Finance and Controlling areas, new business processes, and the integration with other modules- Monitor systems and ensure availability and reliability of Finance and Controlling IT solutions, in addition to SAP troubleshooting and support on the role definition to accomplish audit requirements, segregation of duties (SOD) and ensuring Security compliance- Create ABAP specifications to solve problems or improve the usage of the system, monitor and support the resolution of FICO tickets on SAP AMS and ABAP factory- FI & CO Customizing**Position Requirements**- Education: Engineering Degree (Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineer, Accountant, Business Administration or related)- English: Advanced- Skills:- SAP Finance & Controlling- Project Management- Financial Process- At Nemak, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D&I) play a fundamental role in everything we do and are the underlying platform on which our culture is built.We foster a culture that is safe, respectful, fair and inclusive for all of our employees and job applicants.Our value proposition relies on innovation and cross-cultural teamwork, which is only possible when we strive for belonging and commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.We understand the impact equality and of varied perspectives that welcome better ideas to solve complex problems for improvement and transformation._- We are proud to have bias-free conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, and promotions, and we welcome all our employees and job applicants.We strongly prohibit any form of workplace harassment or discrimination based on race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status._
