Your role is critical in ensuring seamless execution, optimizing performance, and driving exceptional client satisfaction. By providing guidance, fostering collaboration, and leveraging your expertise in CRM platforms, you will lead your team to deliver impactful results and elevate the success of our clients' campaigns.ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership and DevelopmentOversee a team of up to 10 CRM Consultants, ensuring adherence to the standards and practices of the Practice and Massive Rocket.Ensure that CRM Consultant work is held accountable according to Massive Rocket standards for quality, speed, and execution.Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members for performance feedback, skill development, and growth according to the Capability Matrix.Participate in the recruitment process and candidate selection to ensure the team is staffed with skilled individuals who align with the team's objectives and culture.Execution of CRM InitiativesLead the execution of CRM initiatives within the Braze platform across various channels.Configure and customise the Braze platform to implement agreed-upon strategies and campaigns.Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns using Braze's messaging capabilities.Utilise Braze's segmentation and personalisation features to tailor campaigns to specific audience segments.Collaborate with the strategy team or other relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.Partner with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that deliver lasting results.Master Braze and its features to deliver innovative solutions that elevate our clients' success.Data Management and AnalysisManage and analyse large datasets to understand customer behaviour and trends.Utilise insights from data analysis to inform decision-making and optimise campaign performance.Reporting and DocumentationCreate relevant documents and reports, including measuring and reporting on the performance metrics of executed campaigns.Required Skills & Qualifications10+ years of experience in CRM4+ years of experience in a team leadership or management position (Head of CRM, CRM Team Lead)2+ years of Braze experienceAttention to detail, including QA of CRM Campaigns, Integrations & relevant documentation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with best practicesStrong knowledge of digital marketingProven ability in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity in day-to-day professional tasksUnderstanding of relational databases and data structuresProactive mindset and ability to work in cross-functional teamsStrong interpersonal and communication skills gained through experience in a client service environment (e.g., agency, client-facing role...etc)Experience working an agency setting or client facing rolesC1 level of English proficiencyDesirableBraze Certifications (i.e Practitioner, Marketer)Extensive experience working with Braze platform, demonstrating proficiency in utilizing its featuresExperience in data analysis leveraging SQLDuring the process, please note the following requirements and preparations:Massive Rocket has aBring Your Own Device (BYOD)policy — you will be expected to use your own equipment for work.Avalid work visais required — Massive Rocket does not provide sponsorship at this time.You may be asked to provideproof of identification, such as a passport, ID card, or utility bill (gas, water, electricity).Two referencesmay be requested — please be prepared to share names, relationship to you, and contact details (email and mobile).Contractors only:Proof of incorporation and valid insurance coverage is required.Note: Please ensure that your qualifications closely match the criteria outlined in the job description.
