Join a multicultural, fast-growing organization with an amazing work culture About the Role We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer (Python) with 10+ years of software development experience (and 5+ years focused on Python) to build an AI‑powered "co‑intelligence" platform that helps large manufacturers reduce wasted energy and carbon emissions. You'll design the core backend logic, integrate with AI and data systems, and own features from prototype to production in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment. What You Will Do Build and operate Python backend services & APIs Architect complex business logic and data workflows Integrate with time‑series data and AI reasoning engines Collaborate with AI, data, infra, and frontend teams What We’re Looking For (MUST‑HAVE) 10+ years of experience in software development 5+ years working with Python backend systems Strong SQL & relational DB experience (Postgres preferred) Solid CS fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, design patterns) Experience building REST/GraphQL APIs Strong testing practices & CI/CD experience Comfortable in startup‑style, fast‑paced environments Nice to Have Open‑source contributions Experience with analytics‑heavy backends Educational resources Work From Anywhere & flexible schedule Referral Program Supportive, chill environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
