Responsibilities The Opportunity Define the global design framework for Perfect Store across all 5 pillars. Serve as single point of contact to own the Perfect Store playbook, standardized process and maturity matrix end-to-end. Partner with S&T and GCC to ensure global alignment on solutions and services (special focus on SVO/RVO/PICOS, KPIs/Reporting/Growth Navigator, Value Realization). Align internal priorities with external trends and shape roadmap to ensure future-ready Perfect Store solutions. Serve as SME within High Impact Programs as required and per contracting including pilots and blueprints. Partner with S&T and GCC on codification and toolkit standardization (including Segmentation, Space transformation, A/Bt, PICOS, MSL, etc). Own the segmentation framework, including business requirements and codified gold standards for solutions and services. Your Impact PS Playbook development (master deck and PICOS related editions). PS in ADA. PS Playbook deployment sessions. PICOS development for Innovations. PICOS development for category clusters. PS KPIs standard maintenance. PS core trainings (101, 201, 301) development and implementation. PS GCC services codification. Qualifications Strong proven experience in Perfect Store. Knowledge/interest in in-store execution strategies. Knowledge/interest in retail technology and trends. Strategic thinking – understanding end-to-end connections and dependencies. Collaboration with wide-ranging stakeholders both 'business' and 'technical'. Matrix management, stakeholder influencing, building and leveraging networks. Simplifying complex concepts. Context switching – ability to comfortably flip between a wide range of topics rapidly. Presentations/storytelling. Focus on real-world value, always have commercial objectives front of mind (not get lost in irrelevant details). Saying 'no' – pushing back or proposing alternatives for requests that don't align to top priorities.
