Meliá Hotels International busca talento inspiradorpara la posición de Group Sales Manager con el siguiente perfil:Misión: Responsable del seguimiento, cotización y conversión de losleads del segmento acorde a las metas de presupuesto asignadas,asegurando el alineamiento con los objetivos del negocio yexpectativas de los clientes. Responsable del traspaso delexpediente a la operación del hotel. Responsabilidades: Lograr y/osuperar el presupuesto aprobado anualmente en el Business Plan(segmento MICE) de los hoteles del Cluster tanto de venta dehabitaciones como en ARR a través del incremento en el número decuentas/eventos, así como en Venta de Salones, Banquetes, audios yotros ingresos relaciones con MICE. Asegurar que las negociaciones,contratos con clientes y política de créditos se realizan deacuerdo a las políticas y procedimientos establecidos por MHI.Responsable de actualizar, gestionar y monitorear la base de datos,asegurándose que la información disponible está lo más actualizadaposible en el Sistema FOCUS. Una vez confirmado el grupo o evento,elabora el contrato de servicio correspondiente y bloquea en el PMSdel hotel los salones y habitaciones requeridos y que han sidoconfirmados por el cliente. Participar en la estrategia de pricingdel segmento MICE de cada hotel junto con Revenue Managemente dezona, manteniendo reuniones periódicas para la actualización deprecios y condiciones de venta. Mantener una fluida y correctacomunicación con el equipo de operación de Grupos en cada hotel(Groups & Events /Banquetes) y les actualiza en temas relativosa sus funciones/responsabilidades (site inspections, montajesespecíficos, etc). Asegurar un excelente traspaso de expedientes alhotel una vez contratado un grupo. Requisitos: Experiencia 5 añosde experiencia en una posición similar. Inglés Avanzado Capacidadde tomar decisiones y establecer la estrategia del departamento degrupos y eventos de la región donde opera. Conocimientos ycontactos comerciales B2B, Corporate y MICE. Gran capacidad decomunicación y negociación. Perfil resolutivo y Orientación aresultados. Orientación al cliente y Capacidad analítica.Conocimiento de herramientas PMS Opera Cloud y Focus.Disponibilidad para viajar.-Requerimientos- Educación mínima:Educación superior - Licenciatura 1 año de experiencia Idiomas:Inglés Palabras clave: ventas, cambaceo, sales, lider, jefe,gerente, manager, director, chief, lead, jefatura, regente,corporate, empresarial, corporativo
