Lead Generation Specialist

Responsibilities**- Lead Gen: research and engage companies to meet weekly goals- Establish and build rapport with all levels of decision makers (including C-Suite)- Identify new potential leads and segments using initiative and creativity, to generate new inbound and outbound opportunities- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure- Recognize patterns in your lead generation process and share insights with the sales team- Maintain well organized, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity in Hubspot CRM- Continuously maintain a strong knowledge of ControlHub's value proposition, ICP, features, and market trends**Skills and Qualifications**- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)- Excellent communication in English- A history of success and leadership (promotions, involvement in work or school, etc.)- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills- Goal oriented with a strong sense of self-accountability- Ability to time manage and strong attention to detail**Benefits****Labor hours**:Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (it's based on results)**Modality**:Full time, 50% home office and 50% face-to-face**Salary**:$15,000 a $18,000 Net Salary**Stock options****Law benefits****Level**:Entry**Report to**:Revenue and Operations Analyst**Systems used**:CRM Hubspot**Reports**:Weekly results report**Hard skills**:English Advanced**Soft skills**:Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, Goal oriented with a strong sense of self-accountability, Ability to time manage and strong attention to detail, Good energy**About the company**The company is a disrupting B2B Procure-to-Pay space (which is basically the way companies buy and pay for stuff).They are a very small team of smart, no-bullshit, hard working entrepreneurs trying to create something big.The founding team includes tech entrepreneurs and business leaders who have leveraged their backgrounds to build and scale multiple technology companies in both the United States as well as in Mexico.Learn more about their team**here**.The company was also recently accepted to 2 of the Top-3 startup accelerators in Silicon Valley.They're building their team and are seeking a full-stack software Engineer to join them full-time asap**Work Location**:Remote
