We're inviting you to be a cornerstone of our continuous drive for excellence, where your influence will go beyond operations to truly shape our success.Your responsibilitiesResponsible for providing dedicated support in ensuring customer orders are filled in full and delivered on time: a) Order Entry b) End-to-end Order fulfillment c) Process OptimizationOrder Processing: Manage the end-to-end process of order fulfillment from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer ordersOrder Fulfillment: Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including planning, logistics, and sales teams, to ensure compliance with the service level established by the client, to achieve the organization's sales objectivesOrder Accuracy: Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of order fulfillment activities, resolve discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to prevent future errorsData Analysis: Utilize data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in the order fulfillment processProcess Optimization: Continuously evaluate and streamline order processing workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce order touches, and improve customer satisfactionThe experience we're looking forBachelor's DegreeSolid experience in experience in Supply Chain management & Customer Service, with a keen focus on delivering outstanding service levels.Advanced level of EnglishSAP/ERPExcel Upper IntermediateThe skills for successSupply Chain Management, Business Partnership, Collaboration and partnership building, Relationship Management, Business Acumen, Productivity management, Improve business processes, Advanced Analytics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Planning, Logistics Management.What we offerWith inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
