Descripción General:Are you someone who is passionate, motivated, and driven to make a difference?If so, MSA Safety is the perfect fit for your career.At MSA, SAFETY is who we are AND it is what we do.We are a purpose-driven company committed to deploying innovation and technology to deliver on our Mission to help protect people and assets all around the world.We continue to be relentless in our pursuit of solving our customers greatest problems so they can go home safe each and every day.Are you in?Read on for more details about this particular role.**Responsabilidades**:- Works closely with finance, accounting, customer service, and sales to resolve problems related to the customer payment.**Conduct research and perform reconciliations on complex transactions- Act as liaison between MSA and various third party vendors in terms of merchant and lockbox services and credit and collection teams.- Review payment metrics and provide weekly and monthly status reports.- Assists in month-end close, performing reconciliation to the general ledger**Requisitos**:- Experience with ERP system such as SAP- Experience with posting cash to customer accounts- 2-4 years of internal and external customer interfacing experience- Working knowledge of standard AR policies and procedures- Strong PC skills including Microsoft Excel- Must be fluent in English
