What You'll Do As a Presales Solution Consultant for Mendix, you'll be the technical heartbeat of our sales process, working closely with our extended teams to bring Mendix solutions to life for our clients. Your day-to-day will be dynamic and engaging, focusing on: Strategic Collaboration: Partner with our Sales, Account Development, and Portfolio teams to identify, qualify, and nurture exciting new opportunities within the Mexican market. Technical Storytelling: Lead compelling presentations and demonstrations of the Mendix platform, showcasing its power and versatility to diverse audiences, from technical users to C-level executives. Solution Design & Proofs of Concept (PoCs): Architect and develop tailored Proofs of Concept that directly address customer challenges, proving the tangible value and rapid development capabilities of Mendix. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships and engage effectively with a wide range of teams, from end-users and managers to directors, understanding their unique needs and translating them into Mendix-powered solutions. Technical Convincement: Be the trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, ensuring our prospective clients are fully convinced of Mendix's technical superiority and its ability to meet their strategic objectives. Creative Problem Solving: Leverage the unique low-code capabilities of Mendix to be incredibly creative in solving complex customer challenges, making every engagement a fresh and rewarding experience. What You'll Bring Technical Competence: Solid knowledge of programming languages and software/application development principles. Proven experience in IT application development. Strong understanding of IT systems architectures. Presales/Sales Experience (A Big Plus): While not strictly required, prior experience in sales or presales roles, particularly within the software or IT solutions space, will be highly valued. Communication & Presentation Skills: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Problem-Solving Mentality: A creative and analytical approach to understanding customer needs and designing effective, innovative solutions. Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English is essential for effective communication within the Mexican market and with our global teams. You'll have begun building a robust professional network, both locally and internationally.
