Company DescriptionTurner & Townsend is a global professional services company with over 22,000 people in more than 60 countries.Working with our clients across real estate, infrastructure, energy and natural resources, we transform together delivering outcomes that improve people's lives.Working in partnership makes it possible to deliver the world's most impactful projects and programmes as we turn challenge into opportunity and complexity into success.Our capabilities include programme, project, cost, asset and commercial management, controls and performance, procurement and supply chain, net zero and digital solutions.We are majority-owned by CBRE Group, Inc., the world's largest commercial real-estate services and investment firm, with our partners holding a significant minority interest.Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world.We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead complex hospitality development projects across the Caribbean, with a focus on destinations such as the Bahamas, St. Lucia, Barbados, and Jamaica.This role requires a strategic thinker with deep experience in hotel construction and stakeholder management, capable of driving end-to-end delivery while maintaining quality, budget, and schedule integrity.Key ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle project delivery, from pre-construction through handoverManage general contractors, consultants, and vendors across multiple jurisdictionsOversee budget control, capital expenditure approvals, and cost estimate reviewsEnsure construction quality and compliance with international hospitality standardsFacilitate client meetings, reporting, and stakeholder alignment across regionsSupport design optimization and value engineering initiativesNavigate complex regulatory environments and cross-border logisticsChampion health, safety, and environmental protocols on-siteLead project close-out and operational transition to hotel operatorsEducation & Experience15+ years of relevant experience, including hotel development in the CaribbeanFluent in Spanish and EnglishDegree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction ManagementPMI or equivalent certification preferredStrong command of Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, BIMProven ability to lead multicultural teams and manage remote deliveryExperience with LEED or sustainable building practices is an advantageAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.We want our people to succeed both in work and life.To support this we promote a healthy, productive and flexible working environment that respects work-life balance.Join our social media conversations for more information about Turner & Townsend and our exciting future projects: Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn.#J-*****-Ljbffr
