MotoRad is looking for a Senior Buyer NPI.LOCATION: Apodaca, Nuevo LeonREPORTS TO Supply Chain ManagerMotoRad is a global leader in the development and manufacturing of high-quality, reliable and durable thermostats, caps and engine management solutions for the Aftermarket.All MotoRad Aftermarket products are designed and manufactured to meet or exceed original equipment specifications, with the goal of keeping the engines of millions of cars on the world's roads cool and operating efficiently.Established in **** by Mr. Joseph Fishman as Fishman Engineering Ltd., today MotoRad is a private company owned by Fortissimo Investment Funds.The company's headquarters, manufacturing and R&D centers are located at a facility covering more than 25,000 square meters in Israel's Western Galilee.At MotoRad, we strive to provide our customers with innovative high-quality products in a timely manner at competitive prices.RESPONSIBILITIES- Qualify and onboard new suppliers; lead main terms with Legal/Compliance.- Track and report NPI sourcing KPIs; hand off to Production teams at launch.- Responsibilities include monitoring the backlog, identifying any potential problems that may prevent on-time delivery to our customers and recommending solutions whenever possible.- Ensures the timely review of MRP requirements to ensure on-time deliveries of goods and services as well as ensuring the accuracy of various ERP parameters related to the purchasing function.- Meets regularly with management and other support functions (Engineering, Design, Manufacturing and Accounting) to help ensure execution of the business plan.- Monitors and assists, as needed, with corrective actions issued to the purchasing function.- Negotiate target costs/should cost, and drive to goals without schedule risk.- Secure long lead items and tooling; manage capacity and material risk.- Maintain accurate item masters/BOMs, lead times, and pricing in ERP.PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor Degree in Administration or Engineering.- 1-5 Years of Automotive Experience – preferable.- Advance English (Oral and Written).BENEFITS- Health Insurance (Seguro de Gastos Médicos Mayores).- Life Insurance.- Savings Fund.- 30 days of Aguinaldo (Christmas Bonus)- Paid Time Off, 12 days the first year.
