You’ll support both strategy and execution — from developing acquisition campaigns to managing performance data, troubleshooting platform issues, and strengthening relationships with partners. This role sits at the heart of our Affiliate & Partner Marketing org, blending analytical skills with creativity and relationship management. If you love solving problems, moving fast, and finding smart ways to scale — this is your role.ResponsibilitiesAffiliate Marketing Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and implement strategies to attract, onboard, and retain high‑quality affiliatesResearch and identify new affiliate prospects to grow and diversify the programCreate and manage commission structures, trigger automations, and incentive frameworksConduct competitive analysis and industry research to find areas of opportunityProgram Support & TroubleshootingRespond to and resolve affiliate issues, including payout discrepancies, platform errors, and fraud concernsTroubleshoot platform or integration issues (PartnerStack or equivalent)Partner with Product/Engineering when needed to resolve escalations quicklyPerformance & AnalyticsTrack and analyze affiliate campaign performance (CTR, leads, CPL, conversion)Provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations to the teamContribute to reporting dashboards and monthly performance recapsCross‑Functional CollaborationPartner closely with the Partner Marketing team on influencer alignment, ambassador campaigns, and co‑branded effortsCollaborate on activations, legal/business cases, and social support initiativesShare learnings and insights across the Affiliate & Partner Marketing org to drive holistic growthQualifications2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related roleStrong grasp of affiliate platforms (experience with PartnerStack a plus)Excellent communication skills — written and verbal, in EnglishData‑savvy: comfortable analyzing performance metrics and turning data into strategyProblem‑solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issuesHighly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple workflowsExperience in SaaS, tech, or home services is a plus.What You’ll GainA chance to help grow one of the most strategic revenue‑driving channels at Housecall ProExperience working cross‑functionally with BD, Sales, and Marketing teamsThe opportunity to shape how we scale affiliate partnerships in a high‑growth companyA supportive team culture that values curiosity, ownership, and actionFounded in ****, Housecall Pro helps home service professionals (Pros) streamline every aspect of their business.
