¿Por qué trabajar con nosotros?¿Disfrutarías trabajar en el acelerado mundo de la tecnología industrial?Si es así, te tenemos una oportunidad sobresaliente para unirte a nuestro Equipo Watlow, donde trabajamos con muchas de las más grandes compañías como líderes en tecnología y soluciones.Estamos generando impactos positivos cada día que nuestras soluciones enriquecen la vida de las personas en todas partes.Este puesto está localizado en nuestro Campus de Manufactura de Clase Mundial en Querétaro, Mx..About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to support key finance operations across general accounting, AP/AR, taxes, and treasury.This role plays a critical part in maintaining compliance with accounting standards, supporting audits, driving automation in reporting, and contributing to the ongoing implementation of Oracle ERP within a dynamic, global environment.Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Taxes, and Treasury, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.- Perform account reconciliations and general ledger analysis, identifying and resolving discrepancies.- Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and working closely with auditors.- Assist in improving accounting processes and enhancing reporting automation.- Contribute to the successful implementation of new ERP modules and accounting tools (experience with Oracle ERP is a plus).- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in financial practices.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.- Minimum of 4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector or with a accounting firm.- Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience using Power BI and Smart View.Experience with Oracle ERP or other major financial systems is highly preferred**Prestaciones**: El plan de compensación total WatlowTu salud, el bienestar y estabilidad financiera tuyos y de tu familia son una prioridad para nosotros.El plan de compensación total Watlow incluye una compensación competitiva y un abanico de prestaciones y beneficios para mejorar tu carrera:- Sueldo con pago quincenal.- Seguro de vida y gastos médicos mayores.- Seguro dental.- Seguro visual.- Fondo de ahorro 13%- Vales de despensa 10%- Prima vacacional 50%.- Prestaciones de ley.
