Logistic Assistant Manager

We are seeking a **Deputy Logistics Manager** with strong analytical, planning, and coordination skills to oversee material flow, inventory control, and timely delivery across the supply chain.This role will support the Logistics Manager and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence.**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop and adjust the **Master Production Schedule (MPS)** based on sales forecasts, customer orders, inventory levels, and production capacity.- Coordinate with **production, purchasing, and warehouse teams** to ensure timely availability and delivery of materials.- Monitor and optimize **inventory levels**, safety stock, and raw material planning to minimize shortages and overstock.- Interface directly with customers to manage **order tracking, delivery updates, and urgent logístical requests**.- Analyze and resolve **logístical bottlenecks** and proactively propose solutions to improve flow and efficiency.- Prepare and deliver reports on **on-time delivery performance, planning accuracy, and material shortages**.- Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics and supply chain processes.- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations related to transportation, storage, and handling.- Available to work **overtime and occasional weekends** as needed.Pay: $60,****** - $70,****** per month**Experience**:- Automotive industry: 3 years (required)**Language**:- advanced english (required)
