**Auto req ID**: ******BRPepsiCo Global Business Services (GBS) works hand-in-hand with teams across the company to deliver, simplify and automate processes and solutions, helping everyone to work more efficiently.Our capabilities enable operational excellence to fuel PepsiCo's growth and drive a competitive advantage.The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for ensuring day-to-day order processing for Frito-Lay North America (FLNA), driving gold standard customer service and maintaining site performance metrics through the use of standard processes and best practices.The CSR will be expected to partner with other CSRs in the Network, as well as with site and region leadership.**Responsibilities**:- Confirming orders with clients- Cleansing orders by ensuring that all data is correct- Creating and managing ICRs/filters- Interacting with customers to manage additions and cuts, as well as clarifying missing orders and off-template orders- Confirming the completion of orders- Backfilling vacations for other CSRs- Any other business channel order processing as required**This position requires open schedule availability since the shifts vary from daytime, nighttime and mixed schedules with two alternative days of rest a week****Qualifications/Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree preferred- Previous experience working in an office- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office/E-mail capabilities- Demonstrated ability to work in a results oriented, challenging environment- Must hold strong follow-up skills and embrace top level service environment**Relocation Eligible**: Not Applicable**Job Type**: Regular
