**Job Details****Descripción Genérica**:**Cumplir con los objetivos y metas establecidas por la Compañía.Establecer y promover una Cultura de Seguridad, trabajar en equipo con los supervisores en la prevención de riesgos de trabajo, accidentes, mantener un medio ambiente de trabajo seguro y saludable por medio de programas en materia de Seguridad, Salud, Higiene y Ambiental.Dar cumplimiento a los Requerimientos Legales a nível federal, estatal y municipal en materia de seguridad, salud, higiene y ambiental.Ser una Empresa más preventiva que correctiva.**:**Requerimientos**:- **Ingenieria o carrera afín**:- **Inglés avanzado**:- **1 o más años de experiência en puestos similares**:**Habilidades Técnicas**:**ISO *****, ISO *****, ISO****, JCMS, EADs, Control de Producción, Ergonomía, MRP, Sistema Poka Yoke, Core Tools, Metodología para la solución de problemas, Innovación, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, SMED, KANBAN, VSM, 5s, TPM, Sigma, BBPs Interpretación, Entrenamiento de Instructor, Sistema de Relojes checadores, Kronos, Relación Laboral.**:**Actividades**:- **Ser una Empresa más preventiva que correctiva.**:- **Seguimiento a Procedimientos de EHS.Procedimientos (LOTO).**:- **Brigadas de Primeros Auxilios, Evacuación, Búsqueda y Rescate, Derrames e Incendios.Investigación de Incidentes/ Accidentes.Auditorias, Implementación y Seguimiento al MOC (Gestión del Cambio), Entrenamiento, Detección de Necesidades de Capacitación, Reducción y reciclaje de Residuos Peligrosos, Reciclar Residuos No Peligrosos.**:- **Proyectos de Reducción de Costo.**:- **Notificar cualquier desviación al sistema.**:- **Participar en la revisión del sistema.**:- **Promover recursos para el cumplimiento del sistema.**:- **Participar en la programación de Capacitación del sistema.**:- **Promover la capacitación específica a las diferentes funciones para el correcto funcionamiento del sistema.**:- **En caso de detectar un comportamiento inseguro, observar una condición de riesgo o daño al medio ambiente en la estación de trabajo debe detener labores y dar aviso al departamento de Seguridad y Medio Ambiente.**:
