🏢 Industry: Mining & Diamond DrillingAt Kluane Drilling, we are looking for a Corporate Drilling Specialist to join our corporate team and support operational excellence across our regional operations.This role is key to strengthening technical standards, sharing best practices, and providing specialized support to our drilling operations in multiple countries.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support and guidance to drilling operations across different sites and countries.Support the standardization and continuous improvement of drilling practices, procedures, and performance.Analyze operational challenges and propose technical solutions aligned with safety, quality, and productivity standards.Act as a technical reference for site teams, supervisors, and operational leaders.Support knowledge transfer, training initiatives, and technical development within operations.Collaborate closely with Corporate Operations, HSE, and site leadership teams.RequirementsSolid technical experience in diamond drilling operations.Proven field experience supporting drilling projects and operational teams.Strong understanding of safety, quality, and operational standards.Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose improvement actions.Strong communication skills and ability to influence without direct authority.Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).Availability to travel regionally, as required.What We OfferA strategic, regional role with high technical impact.Opportunity to influence and standardize operations across multiple countries.Professional growth within a multinational organization.Competitive compensation aligned with experience and scope.Please apply through LinkedIn or contact our Talent team: natalia.organista@kluandrilling.ca #J-18808-Ljbffr
