3PL Warehouse Operations Sr ManagerResponsibilities:Responsible for the logistics operations Outbound/Shipping/Inventory Management.Analyze and follow up on the Forecast and Business Plan for a better outcome in the P&LReview and negotiation of KPIs with the client.Generate operational cost-saving proposals for the account.Analysis and authorization of Head Count.Strategic management of the support area (staff).Responsible for generating and monitoring budgets.Strategic planning for Head Count calculation.Authorization of purchase orders for the site.Manages expense control.Negotiation of contract scope rates with the client.Review of internal and external audits.Strategic resource planning for peak season.Payroll approval..RequirementsBachelor ´s Degree CompletedFluent in English (must)Experience working in warehousing processes: outbound/shipping/inventory managementExperience working in a 3PL (must)Availability to work Monday to SaturdayBenefits:Direct hiring by the companyCompetitive benefits packageJob Location: Tultepec
