Job Title: Chief Security OfficerWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Chief Security Officer to lead our security function and provide input to and lead the implementation of functional strategy to maximize the security of employees, customer goods and company assets, reduce risk of injuries and job-related threats, and prevent loss and damage in line with the region's business strategy and requirements, corporate guidelines and policies.The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating security strategy in line with the region's business strategy and requirements, corporate guidelines and policies.They will direct planning and implementation of security operational plans and measures as well as budgets to achieve defined results.Additionally, they will sponsor and control large scale regional projects and initiatives to improve organization's security and safety.This role requires a strong background in security strategy, risk management, vulnerability assessment, security protocols, incident management, access control, and business processes.The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in similar positions within multinational companies and hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related fields.ResponsibilitiesFormulate security strategy in line with region's business strategy and requirements, corporate guidelines and policiesDirect planning and implementation of security operational plans and measures as well as budgets to achieve defined resultsSponsor and control large scale regional projects and initiatives to improve organization's security and safetySteer consistent and thorough implementation of security and safety frameworks and standards for the regionDevelop strategy and lead implementation of Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Security, Health and Environment (SHE) regulations for the regionGuide appropriate review of data and management information, and take decisions for improvement and risk mitigationDevise and establish standards, policies and procedures for the security and safety of organization's personnel, visitors and premisesLead major investigations and steer implementation of recommendations for improvementProactively develop relations with law enforcement and other regulatory authorities to provide assistance / support and to showcase organization as a leading partner and its support of such authoritiesDrive consistent deployment of security frameworks and compliance with internal and external safety standards, legislation and regulationsExtensively analyze complex issues and improve, change or adapt existing security approach and techniques, increasing effectiveness and efficiencySteer innovation, introduce and embed world class security practices and be recognized as the benchmark for security excellence in the industryRequirementsMinimum of 8 years of experience in similar positions within multinational companiesExperience and knowledge in Security Strategy, Risk Management, Vulnerability Assessment, Security Protocols, Incident Management, Access Control, Business ProcessesAdvanced conversational EnglishBachelor's degree in Business Management, or related fieldsIf you are interested in applying for this challenging and rewarding position, please submit your application through this platform.#J-*****-Ljbffr
