**SANHUA**Sanhua is a leading HVAC&R manufacturer of controls and components with a global footprint and 40 years of experience.Our co-operation with the largest companies in the Automotive, Appliance and HVAC&R industry makes Sanhua a leading worldwide OEM supplier providing the highest quality components at the most competitive price.Sanhua's industrial park, located in Saltillo Mexico, is the manufacturing hub for all Business Units in Mexico and has achieved significant growth over the past 10+ years.Collectively we have close to **** employees.**DESCRIPTION**We are actively looking for a** Legal Analyst**who will be responsible for providing legal and strategic advices to the company, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.This role involves managing corporate legal matters as contracts,intellectual property, corporate governance and conflict resolution.**QUALIFICATIONS**- Bachelor's Degree in Law or Labor Law- Fluent in English- Previous experience in Maquila Company- Knowledge in:- Legal compliance- Contractual obligations- Legal requirements for plant operating permits- Lease, loan of use, sublease contracts- Mexican Institute of Industrial Property- ARCO Rights- Real Estate Leases and Subleases- Contract, Notarial, Corporate, Civil, Commercial Law- Close relation with external lawyers**ACTIVITIES**- Counseling in all areas for legal compliance- Support for obtaining the IMMEX Program- Handling and obtaining notarized offical documents- Monitoring internal processes- Resolution for disputes with suppliers- Non-Disclosure AgreementsgHKhEjFTRc
