About the RoleWe are seeking a Packaging Change Management Professional to oversee packaging and artwork modifications for US-marketed products.Key ResponsibilitiesLead packaging and artwork change management for assigned productsDrive end-to-end change control, ensuring accuracy and complianceMaintain alignment with cross-functional teams (QA, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Artwork, Plants) to meet lead time requirementsMaintain a strong understanding of internal systems, workflows, and process landscapesParticipate in system/process implementation discussions and support continuous improvementEnsure documentation accuracy, version control, and timely approvalsRequired Skills and QualificationsExperience in packaging specifications, artwork, or change managementStrong understanding of packaging materials, specifications, and documentationKnowledge of workflows, PLM / Change Control systems, or similar digital toolsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment (preferred: pharma, consumer goods, or FMCG)What We OfferThis opportunity is based in Mexico City, with a hybrid work arrangement.Only Mexico nationals are eligible.#J-*****-Ljbffr
