**Unox** **Mexico**, market leader in the production of high-end ovens, certified as Great Place to Work® in Mexico for the second consecutive year and as Best Workplace since ****, is looking for a **On Site & Service Trainer** to join the Unox Mexico Service Team.In this role, you will provide essential support to both customers and internal teams, ensuring optimal use of Unox products and services.**Main Activities**:- The professional objective will be to provide an excellent first level service support to UNOX service network in Monterrey and the north of the country.- Create and deliver training courses and mentoring to the entire global network of service partners in Mexico by conducting classroom trainings, seminars and interactive courses and by providing mentoring and training at the installation site of UNOX customers.- Audit of the activities and performances of our service partners by conducting visits at the installation sites handled by the service partners.- Repair UNOX equipment- Install UNOX equipment and train the customers on how to use it- Make detailed and complete reports of the problems found in the field- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches- Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols- Identify the root cause of the failure of UNOX equipment.- Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions- Produce timely and detailed service reports- Arrange training and development programs based on the needs of UNOX service partners- Schedule and provide regular training sessions and classes for UNOX service partners- Modify training material based on quality monitoring trends, additions, updates and changes according to the UNOX service academy team in UNOX HQ.- Maintain updated records of training- Develop and improve the service network in the north of Mexico**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in engineering: electrical/electronic/mechanical- English (both verbal and written) (Optional)- 3+ years of experience in maintaining food equipment and delivering training- Good knowledge of SAP (Optional)- Good knowledge of Salesforce (Optional)- Availability to travel within the north of Mexico- Communication skills- Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with customers to establish what the problem is and explain the solution- Confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy- Ability to work well under pressure- Organizational skills, time-management skills- Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills- A strong customer focus- Attention to detail**Why Unox?****Continuous Innovation**: Unox is at the forefront of technology and innovation, offering its employees the opportunity to work on pioneering and challenging projects.**Work Environment**: We have been certified by the Great Place To Work Institute as one of the top 100 companies in Europe.Our young and positive work environment fosters collaboration and values the ideas of all our employees.We regularly organize company events for networking and team building with colleagues.**Professional Growth**: Unox invests in the development of its employees through continuous training programs, individual coaching, and career opportunities, ensuring constant personal and professional growth.**Work-Life Balance**: We offer a Wellbeing program rich in benefits and flexible policies that promote work-life balance and the well-being of our employees.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes
