Chief Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities Lead accounting activities including monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements. Analyze cost performance to provide insights for improving profitability and efficiency. Manage inventory valuation, physical and cycle counts, and oversee capital project accounting (CIP and fixed assets). Partner with operations, engineering, and supply chain on production performance and costing methodologies. Develop reporting dashboards using Excel/BI tools to support executive decision-making. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CMA preferred, with 5–7 years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing. Strong expertise in cost accounting, standard costing, and ERP systems (SAP highly preferred). Advanced Excel skills required; experience with Power BI, SQL, or other data analytics tools is an advantage. Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and communicate effectively at all levels. About the Role This role is based in Matehuala, but requires only one week on-site per month.
