Metso Outotec would like to engage a professional to join as Head of NCA Sourcing who will continue to protect and support growth in collaboration within Business Areas and Business Lines.THE ROLEThe role is for Services Business area and you are responsible for the development and implementation of sourcing strategies, vendor base management, and new supplier development.ResponsibilitiesStrategic sourcing: develop and implement sourcing strategies.Manage procurement spend and nurture commercial relationships with local suppliers.Drive procurement performance to deliver savings and improvements.Develop competitiveness improvement initiatives in the country.Drive new supplier development according to business needs.Monitor local supplier risk and ensure risk mitigation actions.Control and adhere to company sustainability and HSE principles at all suppliers.Lead, inspire and coach the team; drive competence management and development.Represent sourcing around relevant business lines/areas and country forums; collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate with business lines sourcing and other business area sourcing to enact agreed actions.Work closely with Global Logistics Operations to develop operational purchasing performance in the country.Improve supplier product quality, auditing, and development to meet customer quality requirements.Implement procurement processes, tools, guidelines, and policies in the country.Drive sustainability development within the responsibility area.QualificationsDegree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent with 7 years of relevant experience.High commercial acumen and a demonstrated track-record of delivering results in a business or sourcing/procurement role.Ideally, experience within Mining or Heavy Construction Industry.Sound knowledge of the business functions of sales, supply, engineering and finance.Robust experience in developing supplier relationships, contract negotiation and maintaining relationships.High level of motivation and ability to meet deadlines.Metso Outotec is committed to supporting and maintaining a diverse and inclusive workplace, where individual differences are recognized and valued.We believe in treating all people with dignity and respect and fostering a supportive environment, which enables every employee to reach their full potential.#J-*****-Ljbffr
