Sobre el rolEN CRH IT Buscamos un experto en Machine Learning y Ciencia de Datos capaz de desarrollar soluciones escalables a problemas complejos usando ML, Deep Learning, Big Data y técnicas de optimización.Responsabilidades claveConstruir, entrenar y optimizar modelos de Machine Learning y Deep Learning.Transformar y preparar grandes volúmenes de datos para análisis y modelado.Colaborar con stakeholders para traducir problemas de negocio en soluciones analíticas.Automatizar y desplegar modelos en producción siguiendo buenas prácticas.Mantenerse actualizado con las últimas técnicas y avances de investigación.RequisitosLicenciatura o posgrado en Ciencias de la Computación, Estadística, Matemáticas Aplicadas o áreas afines.INGLES AVANZADO5+ años de experiencia en Machine Learning, Ciencia de Datos o roles relacionados.Dominio de Python, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras.Experiencia en feature engineering, ajuste de hiperparámetros, evaluación y despliegue de modelos.(Deseable)Experiencia con plataformas cloud (GCP/AWS/Azure), Docker, APIs REST, Kafka/RabbitMQ.Prestaciones atractivasAguinaldo de 30 días.Prima Vacacional del 85%.Compensación flexible del 8% (abonable a nómina, sujeta a impuestos).Vales de despensa.Fondo de ahorro.Herramientas de trabajo para home office intensivo.PTU, bono de desempeño, día libre por cumpleaños.Seguro de gastos médicos mayores (SGMM), seguro de vida.Plan de pensión, comedor, estacionamiento y transporte.#J-*****-Ljbffr
