Press Tab to Move to Skip to Content LinkSelect how often (in days) to receive an alert: Create AlertSelect how often (in days) to receive an alert:At Gentherm, we say, "It's about the person."We're with you on a cold winter day when you turn on your heated seat and steering wheel or helping manage patient body temperature in the operating room, recovering room or intensive care units.We take a human approach with everything we do.As the global market leader of innovative thermal management and pneumatic comfort technologies for the automotive industry we embrace the opportunity to create and deliver extraordinary solutions that make meaningful differences in everyday life.We do this by improving health, wellness, comfort and energy efficiency.We embrace an entrepreneurial spirit and combine that with our global leadership to deliver results.Working at Gentherm provides you the opportunity to not only shape the future of the automotive and medical industries, but also influence your career throughout the company.You will be engaged, challenged and inspired by our team to deliver leading thermal technologies that positively impact lives around the world.INVENTORY ANALYSTAnalyze inventory differences using any methodology, managing the resources at your disposal to ensure effective inventory management according to the established KPI.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Coordinate the cycle count program to ensure 100% compliance for all materials included in the defined scope.• Analyze and correct cycle count variances.• Freeze any variances found in cycle counts and notify the involved departments (Warehouse, Production, MRP, Materials).• Request authorizations for system adjustments.• Make system adjustments within 48 hours of approval.• Participate in the coordination of physical inventories performed at the plant.• Analyze physical inventory variances, determine root causes, and develop an action plan.• Perform and coordinate the PDCA to assign activities that will correct inventory variance problems.• Coordinate the implementation of activities to correct negative inventories shown by the COGI.• Analyze variations in the COGI (Product Quality Management System).• Verify the SCRAP adjustment process daily.• Maintain and publish monthly charts of defined KPIs.• Prepare the slow-moving report.• Actively participate in physical inventory counts.• Comply with safety regulations in all areas.• Responsible for understanding and meeting specific client requirements with a Zero Defects goal in mind.• Process Approach: Manages with a process approach to achieve objectives.This involves understanding, defining, and managing processes with a focus on PDCA and Prevention.• Risk Planning and Analysis: Uses Risk-based thinking with your team and functions.This involves identifying risks, analyzing causes and consequences, assessing the level of risk, and addressing them; documenting the above as evidence of control.(Applicable to IATF *****, ISO *****, and ISO *****)• Lifecycle perspective: Ensure environmental aspects are identified throughout the department, considering process inputs and outputs.• Participate in and comply with the requirements of the IATF ***** quality management system and the ISO *****/ISO ***** environmental management system applicable to their position.Prepare evidence of compliance and support audits.• Authority: Stop or terminate any process that does not meet the requirements established by the organization and/or the aforementioned quality or environmental-safety management systems.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS• Minimum 2 years of experience in materials.• Inventory control.• Software package management (XLS, Outlook, PPT).PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS• SAP Inventory Module Management• IATF *****, ISO *****, and ISO ***** standards.Gentherm is an Equal Opportunity Employer.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.Country/Region: MXJob Segment:Quality Manager, Surgery, ICU, RF, Quality, Healthcare, Automotive, Science#J-*****-Ljbffr
