**Job Description Summary**:- Involvement in manufacturing process.- Responsible for development, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing operatingprocedures.- Responsible for validations in the processes involving IQ/OQ including equipment, sealers, newmaterials and tools used for manufacturing process.- Complete studies of machine capacity and method studies to improve manufacturing process inorder to improve equipment and manpower utilization.- Identify, develop, and lead cost improvement projects by developing more cost-effective methods forproducing products.- Preparation of labor performance and machine utilization reports to assist in controlling direct andindirect labor and machine costs.- Lead cross-functional teams to support part and product redesign programs that will improvemanufacturability and reduce products scraps and costs.- Recommend manpower and equipment requirements for both new and existing manufacturingprocesses.- Ensure that manufacturing processes and procedures comply with FDA and GMP regulations bycompleting the required process and equipment qualification studies.- Lead projects teams in support of plans for transitioning processes to BD Mexico Operation fromother BD facilities- Ensure manufacturing equipment complies with Mexico Safety Regulations by completingnecessary modifications of enhancements.- Lead inter-departmental teams to resolve chronic production issues that affect productionperformance especially when issues require technical support.- Any additional activities as required.P*********Required Skills**:Optional Skills**Primary Work Location**: MEX Juarez Homecare**Additional Locations**:**Work Shift**:
