The Treasury Manager will be responsible for managing the company's liquidity, funding, banking relationships, and risk management.This role will play a key part in optimizing cash flow, implementing treasury policies, and supporting strategic financial decisions.Key Responsibilities Oversee daily cash management operations, including cash positioning, forecasting, and transfers.Manage short- and long-term liquidity planning to ensure sufficient funding for operational and strategic needs.Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.Monitor and execute investment and debt management strategies in line with company policy.Evaluate and mitigate financial risks related to foreign exchange, interest rates, and counterparty exposure.Lead treasury-related reporting and analysis, providing insights to management on cash flow and capital structure.Ensure compliance with internal controls, treasury policies, and regulatory requirements.Support M&A transactions, capital markets activities, and other strategic finance initiatives as needed.Implement and optimize treasury systems and automation tools to improve efficiency.Qualifications ~ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's or professional certification (e.G., CTP, CFA) is a plus.~5–8 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or banking.~ Strong knowledge of cash management, debt financing, and financial risk management.~ Proficiency in treasury management systems (TMS), ERP systems, and Excel.~ Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.~ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-functional and external collaboration.~ Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management skills.What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package.Exposure to senior management and strategic financial decision-making.Dynamic and collaborative work environment.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.
