Business Development Manager Área: Comercial | Puesto: Business Development Manager (BDM) | Vertical Hotelería Objetivo del puesto Desarrollar oportunidades de negocio dentro del sector hotelero mediante estrategias de generación de demanda, prospección activa y llamadas en frío, trabajando en conjunto con el equipo comercial para dar seguimiento efectivo a clientes y oportunidades. Requisitos Licenciatura en Administración, Marketing, Comercio Internacional o afín (pasante o titulado). Experiencia de 3 a 5 años en ventas, prospección y negociación. Experiencia en ventas tipo Hunter (deseable). Manejo de CRM (deseable HubSpot). Conocimiento en técnicas de venta consultiva. Habilidades de comunicación, análisis, liderazgo y trabajo en equipo. Funciones principales Prospección activa y generación de cartera en el sector hotelero. Investigación de mercado y creación del TAM de la vertical. Desarrollo y mantenimiento de relaciones con clientes. Elaboración de propuestas comerciales y cotizaciones. Seguimiento puntual a prospectos y clientes. Negociación de condiciones comerciales. Actualización constante de CRM. Participación en eventos y capacitaciones del sector hotelero. Modalidad Modalidad: Oficina Santa FeHorario: Lunes a Viernes 9am a 7pm. #J-18808-Ljbffr
