**About Revolut**People deserve more from their money.More visibility, more control, and more freedom.Since ****, Revolut has been on a mission to deliver just that.Our powerhouse of products — including spending, saving, investing, exchanging, travelling, and more — help our 60+ million customers get more from their money every day.As we continue our lightning-fast growth, 2 things are essential to our success: our people and our culture.In recognition of our outstanding employee experience, we've been certified as a Great Place to Work.So far, we have 10,000+ people working around the world, from our offices and remotely, to help us achieve our mission.And we're looking for more brilliant people.People who love building great products, redefining success, and turning the complexity of a chaotic world into the simplicity of a beautiful solution.**About the role**Crypto adoption is still held back by clunky interfaces and confusing user journeys.We're fixing that.As a Product Owner (Crypto UX), you'll lead the development of intuitive, elegant and high-performing crypto features that meet Revolut's design and compliance standards.You'll work across Product Design, Engineering, Risk and Ops to shape how users interact with crypto products.This role combines deep user empathy with technical product thinking - perfect for someone who wants to reimagine crypto from the front-end outward.**What you'll be doing**- Owning the roadmap for crypto UX: managing flows for sending, receiving, converting and managing digital assets- Leading zero-to-one product development to improve usability, reduce friction and increase user trust- Collaborating closely with Design and Research to validate ideas, test prototypes and deliver user-first product journeys- Driving feature execution with Engineering, ensuring scalable and secure implementation of crypto UX features- Using analytics, customer feedback and competitor benchmarks to prioritise and refine UX improvements- Supporting compliance requirements (e.g. risk disclosures, regulated onboarding) while maintaining clean UX**What you'll need**- 3+ years of experience in product ownership or product management at a fintech or tech company- Demonstrated experience improving UX for complex financial, trading or crypto products- Strong technical literacy and comfort working with engineers on architecture and APIs- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management- Passion for crypto and belief in its potential to become a mainstream financial experience**Nice to have**- Experience working with digital asset products and UX flows in Fintech and/or crypto- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing cryptoassets- Hands-on experience with prototyping tools or user testing frameworks- Interest in behavioural design or gamified product mechanics**Compensation range**- Vilnius: €6,500 - €7,700 gross monthly*- Lithuania: €6,500 - €7,700 gross monthly*- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process**_ We won't ask for payment or personal financial information during the hiring process._**_ If anyone does ask you for this, it's a scam.Report it immediately._
