About the Role Responsible for coordinating the adaptation and implementation of the production process from brief to final production phases. Duties Own end-to-end production and workflow design with studios, codifying WoWs/SLAs and ensuring delivery meets media specs across channels and markets.Lead and resource the PM team: assign projects, balance capacity, run cadences, and onboard/train/coach new and existing members.Drive project delivery and quality: track from brief to final, manage risks/changes/approvals, enforce QA/QC gates, and deliver on time and to spec.Partner with the Account Director/Production Lead and stakeholders to align scope, timelines, and priorities; manage vendors and clear client communications.Manage financials and reporting: build estimates/quotes, control budgets/POs/margins, capture change orders, and produce status/KPI/capacity reports with strong data hygiene in Hogarth platforms. Requirements 6+ years in marketing/creative production project management (multi-channel; adaptation/localization experience strongly preferred).2+ years leading PMs or coordinators in an agency/production environment.Strong knowledge of media specifications and delivery standards (digital/social, print/prepress, video/broadcast).Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools; strong Excel/Sheets skills; comfort with budgets, estimates, and reconciliations.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management; highly organized and detail-oriented.
