Security Engineer at BairesDev We are looking for Security Engineers to join our Development team and participate in different projects made up of multicultural teams distributed throughout the world. We seek proactive individuals who are team players, passionate about programming, and focused on providing the best experience to the end user. What You Will Do Recognize current and emerging technological issues, including security trends, vulnerabilities, and threats. Develop technical solutions and new security tools to help mitigate security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks. Develop comprehensive cyber security designs and computer security architectures. Lead incident response activities and investigations into how breaches happen. Source and implement new security solutions to better protect the organization. Understand complex technical issues and manage them within a fast‑paced business environment. Maintain all software and hardware related to security. Document security certification. Here’s what we are looking for 5+ years of experience with network security and networking technologies and with system, security, and network monitoring tools. Knowledge of a wide range of security products such as firewalls, URL filtering, information security, and virus protection. Knowledge of data security and encryption. Prior experience with data protection and backups. Prior experience writing and reviewing technical policies is required. Previous exposure to Linux and/or Windows Operating Systems, coding languages, and/or Networks. Advanced English level.
