Our network planning team works with all commercial and operational departments to ensure they possess all information needed to build a sustainable and profitable network.Primary objectives include:Following our network strategy and historical route profitability, he or she defines the right number of weekly frequencies per route to ensure the network delivers our profitability targets. He or she will also work with Revenue Management to optimize flight schedules.Our network planning analyst match route capacity with fleet growth making sure we maintain our very high aircraft utilization. 0ur Network Planning Analysts build and review with business cases of new routes that fit with our network strategy.
