Our organization seeks a seasoned leader to spearhead business growth in Mexico.This pivotal role demands strategic prowess, commercial acumen, and exceptional leadership skills. This is one of the most critical positions in the company – shaping the future of our business in Mexico. We're looking for someone with 10+ years of leadership experience in commercial, strategy, or general management roles (preferably in tech, FMCG, or multi‑city operations).They should have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing large teams, and owning country or regional P\&L.ResponsibilitiesStrategic & Commercial Leadership: Owning the national sales and commercial strategy, ensuring local execution that drives market share, profitability, and long-term growth. Adapting and implementing the go‑to‑market strategy to Mexico's unique market dynamics and customer needs. Identifying new business opportunities and partnerships that strengthen our ecosystem and value proposition. Overseeing pricing, promotions, and contract negotiations to optimize performance and returns. Responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive sales through our app.Business Performance & Analytics: Managing end-to-end P\&L performance, ensuring sustainable growth through data‑driven decision‑making. Monitoring city‑level results, diagnosing gaps, and removing barriers to accelerate growth and efficiency. Establishing a culture of analytical rigor – using insights, forecasting, and KPIs to guide priorities and investment.Leadership & Talent Development: Developing a strong talent pipeline and performance‑driven culture rooted in accountability and results. Fostering collaboration across Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product teams to ensure aligned execution of the country plan.Stakeholder Management & Representation: Acting as the senior representative of the organization in Mexico, maintaining strong relationships with key partners, customers, and industry stakeholders.
