Overview:PepsiCo products are enjoyed by consumers more than one billion times a day in more than 200 countries and territories around the world.PepsiCo generated more than $79 billion in net revenue in ****, driven by a complementary beverage and convenient foods portfolio that includes**LAY'S ®, DORITOS ®, CHEETOS ®, GATORADE ®, PEPSI ®, QUAKER ®** and more.PepsiCo's product portfolio includes a wide range of enjoyable foods and beverages, including many iconic brands that generate more than $1 billion each in estimated annual retail sales.Guiding PepsiCo is our vision to Be the Global Leader in Beverages and Convenient Foods by Winning with PepsiCo Positive (pep+).pep+ is our strategic end-to-end transformation that puts sustainability and human capital at the center of how we will create value and growth by operating within planetary boundaries and inspiring positive change for planet and people.Our employees drive our culture.No two days are the same; we are dynamic and full of passionate teams that embrace new ideas through our collaborative spirit.At PepsiCo, we know that our company can only succeed when our associates and the society we serve flourishes.We are committed to fostering a diverse workforce by creating a collaborative, equitable and inclusive space where everyone, regardless of what we look like, where we come from or who we love, has a voice.At PepsiCo we create a Space to be you.**Responsibilities**:**OpEx Analyst Andinos Sur (Peru, Ecuador)****Main purpose**:Supports the coordination of a world class GBS FP&A Opex control, prepare, maintain and analyze the opex model, monthly forecasting and Annual Operating Plan for Sell, Move and G&A.Support in analysis of risks and opportunities.Provide visibility to Andinsos FP&A senior leadership team.Main point person with Andinos on going expenses.Align with HR team C&B cost, Opex Investment, Productivity and expenses.Coordinate standardization and continuous improvement of processes & models across region to create efficiencies.Help ensure relevant KPIs and service level agreements by supporting teams through customer service mindset.**Accountabilities**:- Prepare, maintain & analyze Opex of Andinos Sur, actual & Fcst, coordinated with FP&A team.- Build Andinos Sur Sell, Move and G&A forecast by account & Ceco, month, with clear understanding of all spend in AOP and Forecast.- Review Andinos Sur Opex actuals during pre-close/close; deliver LE & flash submission highlighting main deviations and R&O; ensure spend is recorded in correct P&L line item and aligned with cross teams (BIS, Productivity, Investment, C&B, etc).- Support Andinos Sur AOP budget build-up.- Prepare model updates of P&L, Fcst & AOP.- Track KPIs: forecast accuracy, on time delivery, etc.- Support the planning, implementation and development of LATAM GBS operating procedures and Service Level Agreements, ensuring deliverables excellence (on time, every time, mistake free) meeting Service Level Agreements.- Create and maintain relationships with clients ensuring a business partner relationship with all of them.- Develop cross divisional relations, establishing trust and understanding to affect broad based relentless continuous improvements.Qualifications:**Qualifications**:- Education: Finance, Economics, Engineering, Administration- Advanced Excel.- Advanced English is requires- Understanding of a P&L and its drivers- Ability to understand financial models and scenarios- Strategic Thinking and Planning skills**Thank you so much for your interest in PepsiCo
