We are Covestro.We are curious.We are courageous.We are colorful.We refine chemical material solutions with game-changing products.Let us empower you to push boundaries.Join us and our ****** colleagues now and together we will make the world a brighter place.This position is responsible for planning the Santa Clara plant's production for base polyol, prepolymers, formulations, and polyester in conjunction with the production specialists.Main Responsibilities- Maintain master data of production in the plant (create new products, changes or any modifications in recipes, prioritize resources, etc.).- Review and maintain the glider to ensure automation of the production schedule for reactors and mixtures.- Review and maintain the capacity of each reactor and storage tanks to ensure efficiency in utilization.- Maintain at an optimal level the inventory levels of intermediate and finished products to ensure the production process and meet customer demand through the forecast in SAP, sales histories and the information provided by the sales team.- Verify the level of inventory and safety inventory in the tanks, isotanks, and all storage tanks within the Santa Clara plant.- Provide information to the sales team to have the correct planning strategies for each product according to demand, customer expectations and the logístical complexity of raw materials.- Track the status, operation, and location of tankers, tankers, and trucks with finished product with Logistics Operations SC&L.- Support and monitoring of the execution of the PO process in conjunction with Logistics Operations SC&L.Qualification Requirements (Education & Work Experience)- Industrial Engineering, Chemistry or related with 2 years of experience in Planning and Logistics.- Chemical Technician with 5 years of progressive experience in Planning and Logistics- English level B2 Advanced (600 to 700pts TOEIC)YOUR APPLICATIONContact Us
