Some careers have more impact than others.If you're looking for a career where you can make a real impression, join GSC HSBC and discover how valued you'll be.HSBC is one of the largest banking and financial services organisations in the world, with operations in 64 countries and territories.We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of**Disputes Representative****Role Purpose**Supports credit card customer with their transaction dispute requests and attempts to find a resolution through the established dispute resolution process.**Main Activities**Provide extraordinary service through communications with customers, focusing on resolving their requests the first time with an efficient, accurate, professional and courteous manner to create customer loyalty.Resolve challenging inquiries utilizing navigation and negotiation skills, while following guidelines in an effort to satisfy the customer.Interface with other departments when resolving customer disputes.Operate computer terminal and is familiar with all screens and functions.Responsible for compliance with all policies and procedures when handling assigned inventory of cases.Assist Customer Care with handling escalations while remaining fully knowledgeable of features, benefits and procedures for all portfolios.Takes initiative for reviewing daily updates and implementing changes with mínimal supervision.Proficient in three functions within Dispute Processing.Complete other responsibilities, as assigned.**Knowledge & Experience**Secondary school graduation.Professional appearance and attitude.Team player and development minded.Requirements**Skills**Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service and interpersonal skills.Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.Ability to multi-task.Previous customer service / banking industry experience an asset.Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds and multiple deadlines.Some experience with conflict resolution required.You'll achieve more when you join HSBC.At HSBC we offer our colleagues a greater number of days so that they can fully enjoy their wedding, take care of the new member of the family, or grieve the loss of a family member.Our paid leave package is at the forefront in Mexico, now you have one more reason to be HSBC and proudly live a culture of well-being, balance and care**Issued By HSBC Electronic Data Process (Mexico) Private LTD
