Desarrollo Extremo a Extremo: Construir tanto la lógica de servidor (backend) como las interfaces de usuario (frontend), asegurando una experiencia fluida y cohesiva. Implementación del Core Técnico: Desarrollar los componentes base de la plataforma para sustentar una alta volumetría de transacciones y datos. Integración de IA: Transformar prototipos y scripts de ciencia de datos en servicios productivos robustos, integrando componentes de Inteligencia Artificial de forma escalable. Optimización de Interfaces: Crear paneles de administración y SDKs de UI que consuman la plataforma de manera eficiente, priorizando la experiencia del desarrollador (DX) Gestión de Comunicación en Tiempo Real: Implementar flujos de datos mediante WebSockets o SSE para gestionar respuestas dinámicas de modelos de lenguaje (LLM). Aseguramiento de Calidad: Escribir código bajo principios de Clean Architecture, garantizando que el software sea testable, desacoplado y fácil de evolucionar. Backend: Dominio avanzado de Java (Spring Boot), Go o Node.js (TypeScript) para servicios de alta concurrencia. Frontend: Desarrollo experto con React.js o Next.js, con uso mandatorio de TypeScript. .Diseño de APIs: Experiencia sólida en RESTful, GraphQL o gRPC. Ecosistema de Datos: * Manejo de bases de datos relacionales (PostgreSQL) y NoSQL (Redis, MongoDB). Conocimiento en integración con Bases de Datos Vectoriales (para soporte de IA/RAG). Seguridad: Implementación de protocolos OAuth2, JWT y aplicación de estándares OWASP Top 10. Habilidades Funcionales (Soft Skills) Arquitectura Limpia: Capacidad de diseño orientado a la mantenibilidad y el bajo acoplamiento. Enfoque en DX (Developer Experience): Mentalidad orientada a crear herramientas que faciliten el trabajo de otros desarrolladores. Colaboración Interdisciplinaria: Habilidad para trabajar en conjunto con ingenieros de datos y científicos de IA para productivizar modelos complejos.
