We are currently looking for a Training Leader for our Eceatepec plant This position will be part of the Manufacturing Management and will work in conjunction with the HR Management.### The Manufacturing Capability Leader supports the development of individual colleagues and teams in the implementation and assurance of Essity standards. This role is key in the development of skills and knowledge within the Manufacturing team and will be actively participating in the management of the training and education pillar, ensuring effective training that contributes to the efficiency and productivity of the plant and implementation of the continuous TPM methodology.### He is the driving force in implementing and securing Essity standards, TPM workflows, technical skills, systems, and tools.### Experience: From 3 to 5 years of experience in training, development of capabilities (technical, mechanical, electrical, etc.), development of materials, delivery of training to unionized personnel, supplier management and negotiation with internal customers. **Indispensable in manufacturing companies.**### Knowledge: management of office packages (advanced Excel), training platform (key user), BPM ́s and industrial safety.Essity is a leading global hygiene and health company.
