Join our Global Business Services (GBS) team in Querétaro help cash flow excellence at Kova A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing Invalid deduction management: Validate, document, and support the recovery of invalid customer deductions to ensure proper handling of ITC processes and protect regional cash flow. Dispute package preparation: Prepare and submit complete dispute packages with the required evidence to recover invalid claims efficiently and accurately. Deduction tracking and data accuracy: Update and maintain deduction tracking logs, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity of all data within the accounts receivable and deduction processes. Cross‑functional collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer service, and finance teams to gather documentation, resolve open cases, and maintain smooth end‑to‑end deduction operations. Month‑end and continuous improvement support: Assist in month‑end activities such as reconciling deduction balances and preparing summaries, while contributing to process improvements that enhance research and recovery efficiency. We’re Looking for Someone With Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. Knowledge of Accounts Receivable or collections processes. Familiarity with SAP and HighRadius is a plus. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and eagerness to learn. Effective written and verbal communication in English – at least C1. Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
