Logistics Operations ManagerAbout the Role- Plan, direct, and control all operations in a manner that provides maximum customer service while maintaining profitability and complying with standards.- Span of control: Various locations in Last Mile.- Responsibilities include selecting, training, and supervising managers to maintain efficient and effective operation.- The position is 100% onsite.- 6 years of experience as Senior Manager leading teams of manager groups.- Control and effectively utilize labor through planning, organizing, and scheduling to minimize lost time and working within framework limits.- Oversee station performance reports; conduct internal and vehicle package audits; and monitor package sorting.- Ensure compliance with applicable operating policies and procedures.- Supervise and verify delivery records, courier pickup manifests, billing documents, case sales summary, and petty cash reports.- Ensure emergency support, adherence to security procedures, compliance with country's labor legislation, and other necessary administrative support for station functioning.- Coordinate AOD deliveries with external ground agents.- Provide employees with information regarding salaries, benefits, company policies, and practices, and other matters related to operations and personnel.Qualifications- Bachelor's degree/equivalent in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Administration, or similar.- Advanced English proficiency — C1 level.- Leadership skills, planning, organization, judgment, decision-making, written/oral communication, presentation, analytical capability, human relations skills, valid driver's license, and ability to travel.BenefitsWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace, ensuring equal opportunity for all employees and applicants.FedEx Express aims to foster innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
