mission is to match interns with global companies by using creativity, persuasion, and relentless drive.Whether you're already in an SDR, BDR, Sales Rep or recruitment role, or even looking for a present our interns and highlight the value of our internship programs.Building lasting partnerships by advising companies on intern selection and supporting them throughout the process.Sourcing smart ExperienceWe know that great talent comes from all backgrounds.Ideally, you have:Fluency in English (you don't need to have an IELTS, but if you did, it would be 7.0+).1-3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or similar roles where persuasion is key.Experience working remotely or with global teams.A passion for technology and the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems.A history of working in fast-paced environments with ambitious goals.Cultural awareness and adaptability, especially if you've studied, lived, or worked abroad.Proven ability to hustle, meet targets,
