About the CompanyFounded in Taiwan, Cooler Master is a global leader in PC components and accessories — known for its award-winning cases, power supplies, cooling solutions, and peripherals.Beyond our retail products, Cooler Master also partners with major technology brands as an OEM provider.Headquartered in Taipei, we operate manufacturing facilities in China and regional offices across the globe, driven by innovation, design, and a passion for empowering users to build their own experiences.About the RoleAs the Product Marketing Manager for LATAM, you will lead the go-to-market (GTM) execution and regional product positioning — ensuring that Cooler Master's products connect with local users, partners, and media across Latin America.You'll be the bridge between global product strategy and regional market needs, crafting localized stories that inspire, engage, and drive performance.This role combines strategic thinking, storytelling, and commercial execution, collaborating closely with Sales, PR, and HQ Product teams to make every launch a success.ResponsibilitiesLead product GTM plans across the LATAM region — from launch strategy to lifecycle management.Adapt global product positioning into localized messaging, campaigns, and launch materials.Partner with HQ and Sales to define pricing, channel, and assortment strategies tailored to local markets.Oversee launch readiness: training, samples, marketing assets, and communications.Collaborate with PR, Social Media, and Creative teams to ensure one consistent product story.Track sell-in / sell-through performance and gather insights on competitors and market trends.Support regional trade shows, events, and key customer engagements.Work with distributors and retail partners to maximize campaign visibility and ROI.Provide market feedback and insights to HQ to enhance global product strategy.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.6–8+ years of experience in product marketing or product management within the tech, gaming, or consumer electronics industry in LATAM.Strong knowledge of the PC component, peripheral, or gaming ecosystem.Proven success in GTM planning, product launches, and cross-functional collaboration.Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and execution skills.Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketing, Product Management, and Project ManagementIndustriesComputer Hardware Manufacturing#J-*****-Ljbffr
