Full-time, Hybrid, Mexico CityAt BlueConic, we're reinventing how businesses grow by transforming customer data into real-time intelligence and action.As the creators of the industry's first Customer Growth Engine(CGE), we help brands move beyond traditional CDPs to a smarter, faster model for growth—powered by AI, built for privacy, and designed to create meaningful value across thecustomer lifecycle.Join us in shaping the future of customer engagement—where businesses don't just collect data, but turn it into their next competitive advantage.In this role you will:- End-User Support & Help Desk- Serve as an escalation point for IT help desk tickets using Jira Service Desk.- Troubleshoot and resolve macOS hardware, software, and connectivity issues.- Implement AI-driven ticket triage and resolution agents to increase efficiency.- Systems & SaaS Administration- Administer Google Workspace accounts, groups, permissions, and security policies.- Manage OneLogin SSO and identity lifecycle.- Own SaaS management through Torii, including vendor integrations, license optimization, and cost tracking.- Lead employee onboarding and offboarding, streamlining provisioning and deprovisioning with AI automation.- Manage the macOS fleet through Kandji (preferred) or similar MDM platforms.- AI, Automation & Innovation- Design and deploy AI Agents to automate IT operations and improve support workflows.- Build agentic AI processes for SaaS lifecycle management, reporting, and knowledge base updates.- Use scripting (Python, PowerShell, Google Apps Script) alongside AI platforms to eliminate manual tasks.- Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging AI tools into IT operations Security & Compliance- Enforce security best practices across endpoints, SaaS, and identity systems.- Maintain audit-ready documentation and support compliance initiatives.- Documentation & Knowledge Management- Create and maintain IT policies, runbooks, and AI workflow playbooks.- Maintain an internal knowledge base with AI-assisted updates.Document repeatable tasks for consistency and cross-team training.- Projects & Vendor Coordination- Lead or support IT and AI projects such as tool rollouts and integrations.- Collaborate with vendors to optimize IT and AI-driven services.- Provide technical input for IT procurement and solution evaluations.You have:- 4+ years of IT administration, SaaS operations, or IT systems support experience.- Expertise with macOS administration in enterprise environments.- MDM platforms (Kandji strongly preferred; Jamf, Mosyle, or equivalent also considered).- Google Workspace, OneLogin, Torii, Jira Service Desk.- Hands-on experience with AI tools, AI agents, or automation platforms is a must.- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Google Apps Script, etc.).- Solid understanding of IT security principles and SaaS lifecycle management.- Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational skills.- Ability to balance daily support with strategic AI-first process improvements.About BlueConic:BlueConic is the leading Customer Growth Engine, helping brands unlock the full value of their customer data.By combining AI-powered intelligence with real-time activation, BlueConic enables businesses to drive growth, increase retention, and optimize revenue.More than 500 brands including ASICS, Forbes, Heineken, L'Oréal, Mattel, Michelin, Telia Company, and Unilever use BlueConic to create meaningful relationships and drive long-term business impact.
