Este rol está enfocado en la identificación y generación de nuevas oportunidades de negocio a través de la prospección activa. Implica construir relaciones estratégicas con prospectos que puedan beneficiarse de nuestras soluciones de publicidad OOH y participar de forma directa en todo el ciclo de venta.Responsabilidades PrincipalesIdentificar y prospectar clientes potenciales a través de diferentes canales (llamadas en frío, email, LinkedIn, eventos, etc.).Contactar y mantener comunicación efectiva con prospectos para entender sus necesidades y generar interés en nuestros productos/servicios.Coordinar y agendar reuniones con los prospectos calificados.Realizar presentaciones del medio a clientes potenciales, generar propuestas de campañas y cerrar la venta.Manejar todo el proceso de ventas desde la prospección outbound hasta el seguimiento post venta.Mantener actualizado el CRM con información precisa de clientes y prospectos.Colaborar con el equipo de SDRs y marketing para optimizar estrategias de prospección.RequisitosExperiencia mínima de 1 año en ventas, prospección o desarrollo de negocio (deseable experiencia en entornos B2B).Habilidades sólidas de comunicación verbal y escrita en español.Inglés intermedio/avanzado (capaz de comunicarse en llamadas y correos).Proactividad, energía y habilidades de negociación.Orientación a resultados y capacidad para trabajar con objetivos claros de forma autónoma.Manejo de herramientas de CRM (HubSpot).Excelentes habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo.Lo Que OfrecemosSueldo base competitivo + comisiones NO topadas.
