Vice President of Global Sales (Remote)Contract Type: Independent ContractorLocation: 100% Remote — Open to LATAM & South AfricaCompensation: USD $5,000 - $6,500/month (based on experience)About The OpportunityWe are a global organization operating within the logistics and international mobility sector, delivering end-to-end solutions that support the movement of people and goods worldwide. With a strong international presence and a customer‑centric approach, we partner with organizations across multiple regions to deliver reliable, high‑quality services.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Vice President of Global Sales to lead and scale our global sales function. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, defining global sales strategy, building and leading a high‑performing sales team, and strengthening key client relationships across international markets.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute global sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goalsLead, mentor, and grow a distributed international sales teamDrive new client acquisition and oversee the full sales lifecycleEstablish quarterly and annual sales targets and deliver accurate forecastingMonitor performance and adjust strategies, territories, and incentives as neededBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partnersCollaborate with marketing on sales enablement and promotional initiativesOversee RFP responses and complex sales opportunitiesProvide regular sales reporting and insights to executive leadershipQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, International Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent experience4+ years of international sales experience in freight forwarding, transportation, logistics, or global mobility4+ years of sales leadership or people management experienceStrong understanding of KPIs, forecasting, and sales performance metricsExcellent communication skills and experience working across culturesSelf‑directed, results‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced global environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
